Well, from what I hear, it’s a big ol’ building, a place where folks do business. They call it Constellation Place, like it’s some kinda star or somethin’.
They say it’s got a whole buncha space, like, 130,140 square feet. That’s a lot of room, I tell ya. Enough to fit a whole lotta cows, if you ask me. But they ain’t fittin’ cows in there, no sir. They got offices, places for people to work. Think desks, computers, all that kinda stuff.

You know, they even got somethin’ called Class A office space. Sounds high-falutin’, don’t it? They say you can see all sorts of stuff from up there, Downtown LA and even the ocean. Imagine that! Lookin’ out your window and seein’ the whole city and the sea. Must be somethin’ else.
Some big company, ICM Partners, they got their headquarters there. Headquarters, that’s like the main office, where the big bosses hang out. So, it must be a pretty important place. And there’s this WEWORK place too, where folks can rent office space. It’s open regular hours, nine to six, just like any other job.
They keep records about this building, ya know? Like who owns it, what it’s worth, and how much they pay in taxes. Folks are always lookin’ into that kinda stuff. Guess it’s important if you’re plannin’ on buyin’ it or somethin’. Me, I’m just happy knowin’ it’s there.
