Well, howdy there! Let me tell ya somethin’ about this moon thingy. They say it’s gonna be in somethin’ called Pisces on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Don’t ask me what that means, sounds like fish to me!
The Moon and Them Stars
Now, I ain’t no fancy city slicker, but I know the moon does somethin’ to folks. Makes ’em act all funny sometimes. This here moon in… what was it? Piscus? Yeah, that’s it. They say it messes with your feelin’s. Makes ya all mushy and sentimental, like a wet dishrag.
- They got these signs, like Leo, somethin’ about a lion. Sounds scary, but they say it just means you’re born in late July or August. My nephew Billy, he’s a Leo. Always roarin’ around like a big ol’ bear, not a lion though.
- And then there’s Aries. Don’t know nothin’ ’bout that neither, but some paper said somethin’ ’bout goin’ slow and steady. Sounds like good advice to me, especially when you’re drivin’ that ol’ tractor on a bumpy field.
Full Moon and New Moon, What’s the Difference?
Now, they got all sorts of moons. Full moons, new moons, crescent moons… makes my head spin! Just a few days afore this here Pisces moon, on July 21st, they said there was a full moon in somethin’ called Capricorn. Said it was about knowin’ your limits. Well, I know my limits! Can’t lift them heavy feed sacks like I used to, that’s for sure.
Then they got this new moon thing. Happened way back in March, they said. Somethin’ ’bout feelin’ things instead of thinkin’ ’bout ’em. Well, I do that most of the time anyways! Ain’t got time for all that fancy thinkin’. Gotta get them chickens fed, them cows milked, and that garden weeded.
Pisces Moon People, Them Sensitive Souls
They say folks born when the moon’s in Pisces are real sensitive. Like they can feel what you’re feelin’. Kinda like my old dog, Blue. He always knew when I was feelin’ down, would come nudge my hand with his wet nose. Good ol’ Blue.
Dreams and Wishes
Somethin’ ’bout the moon makin’ your dreams come true too. They call it a waxin’ crescent moon, when it’s gettin’ bigger. Said it helps your dreams get more real every day. Well, I been dreamin’ of a new roof for the barn for years now. Maybe this here moon will finally make it happen. Though I reckon I need more than a moon for that, probably need some lottery winnings too!
This Wednesday Moon Thing
So, this here moon on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, in Pisces, what’s it all mean? Well, from what I gather, it’s a time for feelin’ things deep. A time for bein’ kind to yourself and others. A time for payin’ attention to them little whispers inside your heart. Or maybe it just means the tides will be extra high, I don’t know for sure.
Don’t Worry Too Much
Now, don’t go gettin’ all worked up about it. The moon does what the moon does. We just gotta keep on livin’ our lives. Feed them chickens, milk them cows, weed that garden. And maybe, just maybe, pay a little bit more attention to how we’re feelin’ inside. That don’t sound so bad, does it? And if you’re feelin’ all mushy and sentimental, well, that’s alright too. Just blame it on the moon bein’ in Pisces. Nobody will think you’re crazy, least not more than usual. And hey, if that Leo fella, my nephew Billy, starts actin’ even wilder than usual, I’ll just tell him it’s that moon fish doin’ its work!
