Okay, here’s my experience sharing about the divination board today:
So, I’ve been messing around with this divination board thing lately. It’s basically a flat board, usually round, with words and sometimes symbols printed on it. You’re supposed to use it with a pendulum – you know, one of those little weights on a chain. I saw these boards all over the internet and thought, “Why not give it a shot?”
I went online and found a bunch of them. They had all sorts of designs, like moon phases, stars, and some even had these weird symbols I didn’t recognize. I ended up getting a pack of eight different boards because I couldn’t decide which one I liked best. Plus, they were pretty cheap, and I figured I could always use the extras for something else. I am starting to get ready for my divination board experiment!
Once the boards arrived, I picked one with a simple “yes,” “no,” “unclear,” “maybe,” and “rephrase” on it. Then, I grabbed a necklace with a little crystal pendant – my makeshift pendulum. I sat down at my table, took a few deep breaths, and held the chain of the necklace between my thumb and forefinger, letting the crystal dangle over the board.
I started with a simple question: “Will it rain tomorrow?” I tried to keep my hand steady, but the crystal started swinging on its own. It moved towards “yes.” I was kind of freaked out, not gonna lie. I knew about the ideomotor effect, where your brain can make your muscles move without you realizing it, but it still felt weird to see it in action. I think I started the divination board experiment.
- I asked a few more questions, some silly, some a bit more serious.
- The pendulum kept swinging, giving me answers.
- Sometimes it was clear, other times it landed somewhere between two options.
Honestly, I don’t know if I believe in this stuff or not. It could all be coincidence or my subconscious mind playing tricks on me. But it was definitely a fun experience. I kept practicing with the divination board for a few more days. It’s kind of like a weird meditation practice, in a way. It makes you focus on your questions and think about what you really want to know. The divination board experiment went smoothly and came to a successful end.

My Thoughts
I wouldn’t say this is a reliable way to make life decisions, but it’s an interesting tool for self-reflection. I ended up giving a few of the extra boards to my friends. They were all curious about it, and we had a good laugh trying it out together. One of my friends even claimed it predicted she’d get a promotion – and guess what? She did! Coincidence? Maybe. But it’s still a fun story to tell. Finally, I shared the divination board with my friend and completed the sharing.
