Okay, so, today I wanted to mess around with this whole astrology thing, specifically looking at my Sun, Moon, and Rising signs. I’ve always been a bit curious about how this stuff works, and I figured, why not give it a shot? The combination I was working with was Cancer Sun, Pisces Moon, and Libra Rising.
First off, I had to find a way to calculate these signs. I mean, I wasn’t about to start drawing up charts by hand or anything like that. So, I just searched for a “birth chart calculator” online. I just typed my birth details into one of those online calculators, picked my birth location, and boom, there it was, my natal chart.

Once I had my signs, I started digging into what they supposedly mean. It’s all about how the Sun sign is your core, the Moon is your emotional side, and the Rising sign is how you appear to others. From what I gathered, having a Cancer Sun means I’m supposed to be all emotional and sensitive, which, yeah, I guess that’s kind of true.

- Cancer Sun: This is supposed to represent my core personality. Apparently, it means I’m emotional and sensitive. I can see that. I do tend to feel things deeply and I’m pretty in tune with my emotions.
Then there’s the Pisces Moon. They say this makes me compassionate, empathetic, and intuitive. I like to think I’m a pretty caring person, and I definitely try to understand where others are coming from. But they also say that people with a Pisces Moon need time for themselves and their dreams, and can dive into their own fantasy world. I won’t lie, I do need my alone time to recharge, and I can be a bit of a dreamer. It’s like I have this whole other world in my head that I escape to sometimes. And yeah, I can be a bit harsh and inconsiderate if I’m overwhelmed or something.

But it also means I need my alone time, and I can be a bit of a dreamer. I do have a tendency to escape into my own little world sometimes.
And finally, the Libra Rising. This one is how I come across to people, and it’s supposed to make me diplomatic and fair. I do try to be fair in my dealings with others, though I wouldn’t say I’m always the best at being diplomatic. I mean, I try not to rock the boat too much, but sometimes you just gotta say what you think, right? And they also say that with Libra Moon, you can rely on friends to make decisions. I guess that’s true for me too.

- Libra Rising: This is how I present myself to the world. It indicates I’m diplomatic and fair. I do strive to be fair, but I’m not always the most diplomatic person. I try to keep the peace, but I also believe in speaking my mind when necessary.

So, putting it all together, this Cancer Sun, Pisces Moon, and Libra Rising combination paints a picture of someone who’s deeply emotional, a bit of a dreamer, and tries to be fair and balanced in their interactions. It’s kind of a weird mix, but it’s interesting to see how these different aspects of myself are reflected in these astrological signs. I mean, it’s not like I’m going to change my life based on this or anything, but it’s a fun little exercise in self-reflection. Who knows, maybe there’s more to this astrology stuff than I thought.
