Okay, so, the other day I was thinking about how to better organize my schedule, you know, just trying to keep track of everything. And I remembered that I’m a Virgo. Yeah, that’s my zodiac sign.
I’m not really into astrology and horoscopes, but I do know that Virgos are supposed to be all about organizing and planning. So, I thought, why not lean into that a bit? Maybe there’s something to it.
I started by thinking, what are the days that might work best for me? Like, some days are just better than others, right?
First, I started looking up online for some information about virgo. I found that virgo is meticulous nature and reliability. They are always willing to help other. And I am this kind of person, too.
Then I focused on checking the monthly calendar. August and September are my birthday months. I decided to start in August and plan out the next couple of months, just to see how it goes.
So, I grabbed a notebook and started writing down all the important dates. Birthdays, appointments, work deadlines, you name it. Then, I decided to color-code everything. Yeah, it sounds a bit much, but it really helps me see what’s what at a glance. Green for work stuff, blue for personal, red for urgent things. I chose those colors randomly, not thinking too much. It’s kind of fun, actually.
Next, I thought about the days of opportunity, love, challenge, and all that. I marked certain days in August based on what I read about Virgo’s good days. I don’t know if it’s accurate, but it’s interesting to see if things actually pan out that way.
I also made a list of things I want to accomplish each week. Like, mini-goals. It feels good to check them off. I included things like “finish that project,” “call mom,” “go for a run three times.”
Here’s what I ended up with:
- August: Focus on career and reputation.
- September: Time for personal growth and relationships.
I’ve been following this calendar for a couple of weeks now, and honestly, it’s been pretty helpful. I feel more in control of my time, and it’s kind of cool to see if the so-called “good days” actually feel any different. I know it might all be in my head, but it’s a fun experiment.
Anyway, that’s my little Virgo calendar project. It’s not perfect, but it’s a start. Maybe I’ll keep it up, maybe I won’t. We’ll see how it goes. But for now, it’s been a fun way to embrace my inner Virgo and get a little more organized.
