Okay, so I was messing around with this thing called “Virgo Charm” the other day. I saw some folks talking about it online, and I thought, “Why not give it a shot?” It sounded kinda cool, like something out of a fantasy movie or something.
First off, I had to find a quiet spot. You know, somewhere I wouldn’t be bothered. I ended up in my little home office, the one with the comfy chair and the slightly-too-bright lamp. I closed the door, turned off my phone, and even put on some of those noise-canceling headphones I got for Christmas last year. Just to be sure, you know?
Then, I started with some deep breaths. In, out, in, out. Like those yoga videos my sister keeps trying to get me to watch. I wasn’t trying to levitate or anything, just trying to get my head in the game. I think I did that for, like, five minutes? Maybe ten? I wasn’t really counting.
Next, I tried to picture what I wanted. Not like, winning the lottery or anything crazy, but just, you know, having a good day. Maybe getting that project at work finished, or finally beating that level in the video game I’ve been stuck on. Simple stuff.
I kept breathing, kept picturing, and after a while, I started to feel…different. It’s hard to explain. Like, lighter, maybe? Or maybe just more focused. Like all the random thoughts in my head just kind of quieted down.
I opened my eyes, and the room seemed…brighter. I don’t know if it actually was, or if it was just me. But it felt different. I felt different. It was pretty wild, to be honest.
I went about my day, and you know what? It was actually a pretty good day. I did finish that project at work. I did beat that level in my game. It wasn’t like, magic, but it was definitely something. It was also not that bad and I want to get it done again.
Here are some steps that I wrote down. I’m no expert, but this is what I did:
- Find a quiet place. No distractions, you know?
- Breathe deep. In and out, nice and slow.
- Picture what you want. Nothing too crazy, just something good.
- Just keep breathing and picturing. For as long as it feels right.
- Open your eyes and go about your day. See what happens.
