Next, start to call the number, and ask for help from the real person, to require more details I need.
- Checked out photos. Looked pretty swanky in some, a little generic in others.
- Tried to get a feel for the neighborhood. Is it noisy? Close to anything good? That kind of thing.
- Kept an eye out for any red flags. You know, recurring complaints, that sort of deal.
