Alright, so I got my hands on this “Divination Scarab of Plenty” thing in the game, and I figured I’d mess around with it and see what all the fuss was about. I’d heard some chatter online about it being good for farming, so, you know, I was curious.
Getting Started
First thing I did was, well, I had to actually get the scarab. I’d stashed a few away from some trades, so I was good to go there. If you’re fresh out, you’ll need to trade for some.
The Experiment
I popped the scarab into my map device along with a decent map, I think, It does not really matter at all. The whole point was to see if this scarab would actually spit out a noticeable amount of loot.
I’m no expert, just a regular player. I wanted to try something new with my game item.
- Load up the map: Like I said, pretty standard stuff. Just chucked them both in and hit go.
- Blast through: I just played normally, really. Cleared out the mobs, did the usual map objectives. Nothing fancy.
- Eyeball the loot: This was the key part. I paid close attention to what was dropping, trying to see if there was anything unusual or if it was just more of the same.
The Results… Or Lack Thereof
Honestly, I was at the end of the map after I killed all enemies and bosses. I can say, I did feel like I got slightly more stuff than usual. Maybe? It’s hard to say for sure. I didn’t do any scientific tracking or anything, just went by gut feeling.
So, would I recommend the Divination Scarab of Plenty? Maybe, If you’ve got a bunch lying around and want to spice things up a bit, go for it. But don’t expect any miracles. It’s probably not going to make you rich overnight. It’s just a little something extra.

That’s my two cents, anyway. Happy gaming, and enjoy the little things!
