Goodness gracious, let’s talk about this Capricorn thing, you know, the one they call “African Astrology.” I heard some folks call it “lindaland,” whatever that means. Sounds fancy, but let me tell ya, it ain’t that complicated.
These Capricorns, they say they’re hardworking folks. And you know what? That makes sense. I’ve seen plenty of hardworking people in my life. Always busy, always doin’ somethin’. Reminds me of my old man, always out in the fields, sun up to sun down. He wasn’t no fancy astrologer or somethin’, but he sure knew how to work hard. These Capricorns, they say they want to get things done, always chasin’ after somethin’. Good for them, I say. Nothin’ wrong with wantin’ to do well for yourself and your family.
Now, this “zodiac” thing, it’s like a big circle with all sorts of critters and things on it. I don’t rightly understand it all, but they say Capricorn is the tenth one. Tenth, huh? Must be a pretty important number then. Like the ten commandments, you know? Always gotta be followin’ the rules, doin’ what’s right.
- Hardworking: Just like I said, they ain’t afraid of a little sweat.
- Want to succeed: Who don’t? Everyone wants a good life, a roof over their head, and food on the table.
- Don’t give up: That’s important. Life throws all sorts of things at you, gotta keep on keepin’ on.
This African Astrology, it’s different from the other kind, the one they call “Western.” I don’t know much about either, to be honest. But I reckon they both try to figure out what’s gonna happen, like what kind of luck you’ll have or what kind of person you are. It’s all a bit mysterious to me, like tryin’ to predict the weather. Sometimes you get it right, sometimes you don’t.
They say this African Astrology has a long history, lots of old stories and ideas. Well, I got a long history too, full of stories and experiences. Life teaches you a lot, you know? More than any book ever could. You see folks comin’ and goin’, you see the seasons change, you see babies born and folks passin’ on. That’s the real astrology, right there. The astrology of life.

And this “lindaland,” I still don’t know what that is, but it sounds like a place. Maybe it’s a place where all these Capricorns live, workin’ hard and chasin’ their dreams. Or maybe it’s just a fancy name someone made up. Who knows? The world’s full of strange things, that’s for sure. But one thing I do know is that hard work and determination are good things, no matter where you come from or what your sign is.
So, if you’re a Capricorn, or if you know a Capricorn, don’t go gettin’ a big head about it. Just keep doin’ what you’re doin’, workin’ hard and tryin’ to make a good life for yourself. That’s all any of us can do, right? And don’t worry too much about what the stars say. They’re just lights in the sky, after all. It’s what’s in your heart and what you do with your hands that really matters.
This whole astrology business, it’s like lookin’ at clouds. Some folks see a horse, some folks see a dragon, some folks just see clouds. It’s all in how you look at it, I guess. But if it gives you some comfort, or if it helps you make sense of the world, then I suppose there ain’t no harm in it. Just don’t let it rule your life, you hear? You gotta be the one in charge, not some stars or signs or whatever they call ’em.
Anyways, that’s my two cents on this Capricorn African Astrology lindaland thing. Hope it made some kind of sense to ya. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go tend to my garden. That’s the kind of work I understand. Plant the seeds, water ’em, and watch ’em grow. It ain’t astrology, but it’s real, and that’s good enough for me.
