Okay, so I’ve been seeing these super cool astrology-themed nails all over my feed, and I had to try the Sagittarius ones. I mean, I’m a Sagittarius, so it’s practically my duty, right? It’s time to make a Sagittarius nails designs!
Getting Started
First, I gathered my supplies. I’m no pro nail artist, so I kept it pretty basic. I grabbed:
- A base coat (gotta protect those nails!)
- A top coat (for shine and longevity)
- A few different nail polish colors that felt very “Sagittarius” to me – a deep, royal blue, a shimmery gold, and a fiery orange. I also add a nude.
- Some tiny nail art brushes.
- Dotting tools
The Process
I started by prepping my nails.I make my nails * means filing, buffing, and pushing back my cuticles. Then, I applied a thin layer of base coat and let it dry completely.
Next, the fun part! I decided to do an accent nail on each hand, because, well, I’m not that skilled. Then paint my nails with a nude color.
For painting, I used dotting tools to paint some dots, I applied two coats of the shimmery gold,And draw a symbol looks like an * I draw some stars beside the symbol.
Finishing Up
Once everything was mostly dry (I’m impatient), I carefully applied a top coat to seal it all in and add some extra shine. I was so happy to put top coat on them.
And… that’s it! They’re not perfect, but I’m pretty proud of my little DIY Sagittarius nails. They definitely capture that adventurous, free-spirited vibe I was going for. Definitely going to try more zodiac designs in the future!
