Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into astrology lately, trying to figure out some persistent health stuff. I stumbled upon this whole “Moon in Libra in the 6th house” thing, and it kinda blew my mind. I wanted to check if it applied to me, and if it did, what it could tell me.
First, I pulled up my birth chart online. I already knew my birth time, but if you don’t, there are resources out there to help you estimate it. It’s not always 100%, but it gets you closer. Anyway, I plugged in my info, and boom, there was my chart.
Next, I located the Moon. It’s pretty easy to spot; it’s the little crescent moon symbol. Then I checked the sign it was in. Each section of the chart represents a different zodiac sign, there are symbols for each that you get used to over time with a bit of googling. Mine was in Libra – score! I felt like I was onto something!
Then came the slightly trickier part: finding the 6th house. The houses are numbered, but they can be kinda small and sometimes hard to read. I counted around from the Ascendant (which is usually marked pretty clearly, it is a thicker line). And yep, my Moon was smack-dab in the 6th house.
So, what did this even mean? I started digging into some astrology resources. Lots of websites, books, and even some YouTube videos. I wanted to see what the typical interpretations were for this placement. Basically: balancing mental state and physical state to avoid health related issues.
- Moon in Libra: Focus on balance and relationships.
- 6th House: Health, daily routines, and service.
Putting it together, I started to see a pattern. It suggested things like: potential for imbalances affecting my health, especially related to kidneys, skin, or lower back. The “Libra” part also pointed towards a need for harmony in my environment and relationships to feel good physically.

I started journaling about this. I wrote down any health issues I’d been having and tried to connect them to times when I was feeling stressed, out of balance, or having relationship drama. The correlation was actually kinda scary. I noticed that when I was feeling overwhelmed or neglecting my own needs, my body would react. For example, I get more frequent headaches.
Now, I’m experimenting with incorporating more balance into my life. More self-care, more saying “no” to things I don’t want to do, and more open communication in my relationships. I’m also trying to be more mindful of my daily routines, making sure I get enough sleep, eat decent food, and move my body in ways that feel good. I started drinking spearmint tea as I saw that tip online, but it’s too soon to tell if that’s working for me personally.
Ongoing Experiment
It’s still a work in progress, but I’m feeling more in tune with my body already. It’s like my chart gave me a little roadmap to understanding myself better. It’s not a magic cure, but it’s definitely a helpful tool for navigating my health and well-being, by figuring out what things make me feel imbalanced.
