Alright, so I was craving some sushi the other day, and I remembered this place in Longmont called Sushi Leo. I’d heard good things, so I figured I’d check out their menu online and see what they had to offer.
First, I opened up my browser and typed in “Sushi Leo Longmont menu” in the search bar. A bunch of results popped up, and I clicked on the first one that looked promising.
Once the menu loaded, I started browsing through their offerings. They had all the classic rolls like California, Spicy Tuna, and Philadelphia. They also had a decent selection of nigiri and sashimi, which got me excited.
Specialty Rolls
But what really caught my eye were their specialty rolls. They had some pretty creative combinations that I hadn’t seen before.
- Leo’s Roll: This one had spicy tuna, cucumber, and avocado inside, topped with salmon, yellowtail, and a special sauce.
- Volcano Roll: Another spicy option with spicy crab, avocado, and cream cheese inside, deep-fried and topped with spicy mayo and eel sauce.
- Dragon Roll: A classic that I always enjoy, with eel and cucumber inside, topped with avocado and eel sauce.
Other Options
Besides sushi, they also had a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, and even some cooked dishes like teriyaki and tempura. I was impressed with the variety.
After looking through everything, I decided to order a few rolls to try. I placed my order online, and it was ready for pickup in about 20 minutes.

I picked up my order and headed home to enjoy my sushi feast. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the specialty rolls were definitely the highlight. I was really happy with my experience at Sushi Leo, and I’ll definitely be back again to try more of their menu.
So yeah, that’s my little adventure with the Sushi Leo menu in Longmont. If you’re ever in the area and craving some sushi, I definitely recommend checking them out!
