Alright, guys, buckle up because today I’m diving into something that really got me going this past week. I’ve been on the hunt for a Thor Gemini 24KB, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride.
It all started innocently enough. I was just browsing online, you know, daydreaming about road trips and adventures. And that’s when I stumbled upon this beauty – the Thor Gemini 24KB. It’s a Class B+ motorhome, and from what I saw, it looked like the perfect mix of cozy and capable.
First Steps
So, naturally, I started digging. I hit up all the usual spots – RVs on Autotrader, RVUSA, you name it. I wanted to see what was out there, what kind of prices I was looking at, and most importantly, if there was one near me. I mean, who wants to travel across the country to pick up their new home on wheels, right?
I spent hours comparing prices, models, and trims. It was information overload, honestly. But I was determined. I even started making a list of all the dealers and private sellers in my area. That’s when things got interesting.
Getting into Details
I started noticing a pattern. The prices were all over the place! We’re talking anywhere from $97,781 to a whopping $188,000. Seriously, what’s up with that? And don’t even get me started on the different options and features. It was like every single RV was unique, which is cool, but also super confusing when you’re trying to compare.
Reaching Out
Anyway, I decided to bite the bullet and started contacting some of these sellers. Some were super responsive, sending me tons of photos and details. Others? Not so much. I guess some people are more motivated to sell than others.

The Challenges
- The waiting game is real, folks. It felt like forever waiting to hear back from some of these places.
- And let’s be honest, some of the listings were pretty sketchy. Blurry photos, vague descriptions – it’s like, come on, people, put in a little effort!
- The price was a huge difference, so I had to be very careful.
Moving Forward
But you know what? I’m not giving up. I’ve got a few promising leads, and I’m planning on checking out a couple of these RVs in person this weekend. I figure, there’s nothing like seeing something with your own eyes, right?
So, that’s where I’m at right now. Still on the hunt, still dreaming of those open roads. I’ll keep you guys posted on how it goes. Wish me luck!
