Alright, listen up, y’all. I’m gonna tell ya ’bout this thing, this… “constellation” thingy, yeah, that’s it. The Constellation That Returned From Hell, sounds fancy, don’t it? But lemme tell ya, it ain’t all stars and sparkles like them city folks think.
This fella, see, he went to hell. Yeah, you heard that right. Hell. Not the kinda hell where your biscuits burn or the chickens stop layin’ eggs, but real, fiery, scary hell. And guess what? He came back! I ain’t sure how, ain’t none of my business, but he did. They say he went there to save humanity, whatever that means. Sounds like a big job for one fella, if you ask me.
Now, this ain’t some bedtime story, mind you. It’s what they call a “manga,” a picture book for grown-ups, kinda like them comic books my grandson used to read, but longer, way longer. And this particular one, well, it’s got all sorts of action and adventure, and I reckon some magic too. Heard tell there’s fantasy stuff in it, like dragons and whatnot. I ain’t never seen a dragon, but if this fella went to hell and back, I guess anything’s possible.
- They say it’s popular, this manga. Folks all over are readin’ it, apparently. Don’t know why, seems like a whole lotta fuss to me, but then again, I ain’t one for sittin’ around readin’ when there’s work to be done.
- But this fella, he’s got folks hooked. He’s fightin’ and adventurin’ and doin’ all sorts of things. And it’s all in pictures, so even if you can’t read too good, you can still kinda follow along. That’s what my grandson said, anyways.
This “constellation” part, though, that’s where it gets confusing. I always thought constellations were just stars, you know, them sparkly things up in the sky at night. But this fella, he’s a constellation too, apparently. Maybe he’s got stars in his eyes or somethin’. Or maybe it’s just fancy talk for somethin’ else. City folks and their fancy words, I tell ya.
They say this fella’s been gone a long time, hundreds of years they say. That’s a mighty long time to be in hell, if you ask me. Must’ve been some kinda trouble he got into. Or maybe he was tryin’ to fix somethin’, like I said, save humanity or somethin’. Makes a fella wonder what kinda mess we got ourselves into that needed savin’ from hell. Seems like we got enough trouble right here on Earth, what with the weeds growin’ too fast and the price of eggs goin’ up.
Anyways, this manga, it’s got chapters, lots and lots of chapters. I heard they’re up to like, chapter 178 or somethin’. That’s a whole lotta pictures, ain’t it? And they keep makin’ more. Seems like this fella’s adventures just keep on goin’. He’s fightin’ bad guys, I reckon, and maybe findin’ treasures and makin’ friends. That’s what usually happens in these stories.
So, what’s the big deal ’bout this fella, this constellation that came back from hell? Well, I reckon it’s ’cause he’s tough, see? He went to hell and he came back, that ain’t somethin’ just anybody can do. And he’s fightin’ for somethin’, for humanity, they say. Maybe that’s why folks like him. We all need a little hope, somethin’ to believe in, even if it’s just a picture book fella who went to hell and back.

But if you’re lookin’ for a story, somethin’ to take your mind off things, then maybe this fella’s the one for ya. He’s a fighter, a survivor, and a constellation, whatever that means. And he’s back from hell, ready to take on whatever comes his way.
