My grandson, he’s always goin’ on about these star signs. Says I’m a somethin’ called a “Cancer.” Sounds dreadful, don’t it? But he says it just means I was born in the summer. Anyway, he was tellin’ me about Virgo dogs the other day.

Now, Virgo, that’s like, August 23 to September 22, or somethin’. He says these Virgo dogs, they’re real neat freaks. Always cleanin’ themselves, lickin’ their paws. Like to keep things tidy, they do. Don’t like a mess, no sir. You got a Virgo dog, your house, it’s gonna be spick and span. They’ll probably help you clean up, pickin’ up their toys and such. My old dog, Buster, bless his soul, he wouldn’t know clean if it bit him on the tail.

They like a good Siberian Husky, always workin’ hard and pullin’ them sleds. That’s like a Virgo dog, always pullin’ their weight. Strong and tough, them Huskies. Just like a Virgo dog, even if they ain’t pullin’ no sled.

My grandson says they’re “introverted.” Just means they like their quiet time. So if your Virgo dog wants to be alone, just let ’em be. They’ll come around when they’re ready. Don’t force ’em to be social, they don’t like that.
They like them little critters, like a hamster, easy to care for, don’t need much watchin’. A Virgo dog, they get that. They like things simple, you see. Not too much trouble.

Maybe a good Border Collie, smart as a whip, those dogs. They say they’re real intelligent, just like a Virgo dog. Always thinkin’, always figurin’ things out. A Virgo dog will do the same.

So, there you have it. That’s what I know about them Virgo dogs. They’re good dogs, hard-workin’, loyal, a little shy maybe, but good dogs all the same. If you got yourself a Virgo dog, you’re a lucky one, I tell ya. Just remember to keep things clean, give ’em a job to do, and let ’em have their quiet time. They’ll love you for it, I guarantee it. And who knows, maybe they’ll even teach you a thing or two about keepin’ things tidy. Lord knows I could use some help in that department!
