Alright, alright, let’s talk about this Gemini thing and what kind of rocks they like, you know, like those shiny things they wear.
So, they say Gemini is like, the third one in line of them zodiac signs. You know, those things they talk about in the almanac? And Gemini, they got this picture of two little people, twins they say. My old neighbor, she had twins, always a ruckus, I tell ya! Anyway, folks born under this Gemini thing, they say they’re tough on the inside, talk a lot, and like to be around people. Sounds like my niece, always yapping and dragging folks to the bingo hall.
Now, about them stones. The main ones, they say, are pearl and emerald. Pearl, you know, like from the oysters? Pretty things, but I always worry they’ll get crushed. Emerald, that’s that green one, real fancy-like. My grandma had a ring with a little green stone, she said it was for good luck. Maybe it was one of these “em-er-alds”.
- Pearl: Soft and round, kinda like a little moon. They say it helps keep you calm, you know, not all worked up like when the rooster crows at 4 am.
- Emerald: Green and sparkly. This one, they say, makes you smarter and helps you talk better. Not sure if it’d help me understand them city folk, though.
But that ain’t all, no sirree. They got other stones too, for these Gemini folks. Like that agate one. It’s got all sorts of colors swirled together, like when you mix mud and water but prettier. I heard it keeps you grounded, like your feet stuck in the mud after a good rain. And there’s this “alexandrite” and “citrine” too, sounds like fancy names they made up in some big city. Never heard of ‘em before, but if them city folks say they’re good for Geminis, who am I to argue?
These rocks, they ain’t just pretty, they’re supposed to make them Gemini people even better. Like, if they’re already good at talking, maybe the rocks make ‘em talk even more! Or if they’re a little scattered, maybe the rocks help ‘em focus, like a good cup of coffee in the morning.
So, if you got yourself a Gemini, or maybe you are one, you might wanna get yourself one of these stones. Couldn’t hurt, right? Maybe it’ll bring you some luck, like that green stone my grandma had. Or maybe it’ll just make you feel fancy. Either way, it’s somethin’ to talk about at the next church potluck.

They got these city folks writing all kinds of things about these stones and Geminis. Saying this stone does that, and that stone does this. I tell ya, it’s all a bit much for me. I just like to keep things simple. Pretty rocks for pretty folks, that’s how I see it.
But, I guess if you wanna know more, you can go look it up. They got them computers now, you can find anything on them. Just don’t get lost in all that city talk. Stick to what makes sense, like a good day’s work and a warm cup of tea at the end of it. And maybe a pretty rock, if you like that sort of thing.
Anyways, that’s all I got to say about this Gemini and their rocks. Hope it made some sense to ya. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go feed the chickens.
